William (Bill) White is currently an EdD student in Curriculum and Instruction at West Virginia University. 

Bill was born in  Bluefield, WV on November 29, 1961.  He has taught French and ESL at colleges at universities in West Virginia and Texas. 

Bill is an avid Libertarian and believes in individuals have both personal freedom and personal responsibilites toward themselves and their communities.
