Losing weight can be a challenging task to most.  I have personally lost 35 lbs in 4 months using these same weight loss techniques! I love to help people lose their weight! I am a Registered Dietitian, an experienced Weight Loss Counselor and I'm a certified Group Fitness Instructor!
 
Here at this Blog Spot you will find many tips to weight loss and maintenance! Tips on changing your behavior, nutrition facts, exercise tips as well as WEIGHT LOSS TIPS!!!
 
 
I hope that these Blogs will help you with you weight loss or maintenance goal.  Just remember, this is not only a diet, but its a lifestyle change. Slow gradual changes in you eating habits and lifestyle are good for long-term results. you didn't gain it overnight so don't over do it.  This may cause you to get frustrated and over-eat or quit dieting all together.
