The War of Art

The war of Art is the title of a book I have just read. It is excellent, and I recommend it to anyone that is interested in following their dreams and accomplishing their goals.

The book is written towards those that are interested in art and writing, however the ideas can be applied to anyone. The main topic of the book is "Resistance".

When you start a new project and you may feel a tinge of self-doubt. You may also feel that those around you are not supportive or shoot your ideas down. You may notice that you procrastinate. these are all symtoms of "resistance".

This book deals with ways that you can win this war with resistance and accomplish the things that you want to. If you want to write a novel, start a business, or reach for the stars, this book is a good place to start.
