The city with the big bridge (Im sure thats the offical title)By sonny(16) Well we navigated the biggest road in the world coming up through California into San Fransisco. We went over the bridge (not the golden gate unfortunately) and managed to nearly run out of petrol again!! when will I learn!!! We found a motel and headed out to a few bars playing jazz. the city is really laid back and very cool. people are nice and after chatting to a few people we found a crazy club where people were girating franticaly to hip hop. not being the best girator i sat at the bar with the blonde and we had a few drinks soaking up the atmosphere. The next day we wandered about like crazed tourists along the pier. the sealions are great to look at, the remind me off big lazy noisey galoots like me!!!! emma remarked how she thought they were all inlove because they had their flippers around each other. I mentioned something about conserving body heat but she ignored me and skipped off whistling Micheal Bolton songs. We walked around the city some more and had a look around. caught the tram back to our motel and REALLY felt like toursists. Went out for dinner in the best seafood restaurant in town (you know how we do it!!!) the yanks certainly know how to eat..we ordered lobster stuffed with crab meat and brie cheese (why have one fish when you can stuff it with another and smother it with cheese??) I like San Fransisco. This Blog Post has been read 1 times. Posted to ProBlogs.com on Monday, January 01, 2007 View other posts by sonny Comments on this blog post: No comments yet.
