This is a poem of the season
Its words, its verse, its song
A colorful, frost-clad vision
Journeying in hearts ere long Memories framed in golden hue Of sweetest dreams come true
A cone fir tree set aglow
Silver bells echo so clear
Snowflakes dance soft and slow
Christmas day draws near
And hushed refrains become
A joyous merry hum
Even as red ribbons are tiedPromising enchantment tenfoldA wondrous star appears as guide
The timeless story is retold
And the Earth reveals
The joy it feels
