The ONE Campaign. Also, one thousand visits to my blog!

I am fortunate to have had a chance to visit Africa. While on the beautiful continent I got to see the third world for my self. I went to Ghana and saw the poverty that people lived in. Many people that were fortunate to have jobs would only earn a dollar a day, and would have to make this feed them and their family. Many lived in mud houses and couldn't afford to eat a proper diet, they were therefore malnourished.

It was sad to see the living conditions, however the Ghanain people themselves were very strong and were not looking for a hand out...They just wanted more opportunity to help themselves. Thanks to everyone that takes a moment to join this worthy cause. If people work together we can make a huge difference.

I am excited to see that my blog has received over a thousand visits since I set up at ProBlogs, and I am the most visited site on Problogs.com!
