APRIL 20, 2007: Laurel Mountain Borough welcomes the youngest member of its community, Willow Mae Young. Born April 5, 2007, she weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz. and measured 21 inches in length. She joins her parents, David and Heather Young, and her 2 year old sister, Lily.
