Ok, here we go again with their plans, God Help us.

Is this the best they can come up with? One leading Democrat proposes the following to give the economy a shot in the arm. A tax break that will supposedly get us all back on the path to economic prosperity. One leading candidate and the darling of many states as follows,

He also wants to put more into unemployment to help those who haven’t found a job in 6 months or longer. Well that will certainly help if they can qualify, yes qulaify. Down here in the Sunshine State that could take weeks or longer and be a real problem if the old employer has their way. As for me and my children it has been more like a year. Have you ever been on "unemployment"? Well come to this At Will State and find out in my opinion who the state takes care of. Try to find a job at all, any job. I challenge any of them to come on down to Hernando County Florida and find a good paying local job outside of government and Health Care. You know blue collar work.

So rather then continue to gripe let me propose something logical. I don't know if they teach that in school any longer? What is needed is to attack that interest rate on Credit Cards first and immediately. Produce a grace period so people can catch up without more fines, charges and fees being placed on top which places them in the positin of not being able to meet at least the minimum paymnet, which many of them were. No it is an easy route to foreclosure or bankruptcy and their write off. So, the answer is to do away with the tax write offs and creative accounting and they will do it themselves. Yes, also reduce taxes but most of all create jobs. Good jobs, good paying jobs. Jobs with a future. This he and they can’t do any longer. Why, they sold the farm. Yes, they sold the farm.

So next is his solution for Foreclosure and get this

The foreclosure help plan would be aimed at "responsible homeowners" who live in their primary residences,

OK, who defines just who are responsible homeowners? In my opinion it smells like, if you are sure you can pay we will help otherwise bankruptcy, short sales and all kinds of money to be made. Force banks who gave out these interest only ARM loans to redo them to a lower fixed rate for a longer term without all the fees and penalties and closing costs. Yes, they may have to eat something but a small bite is a whole lot better then the whole pie.  I purchased a home [they treat as investment] to keep my child off the street because he is unemployed and the jobs they send him to pay $7.00 and hour, offer 30 hours a week and no benefits. I pay the mortgage, taxes, utilities not tax payers, no not a penny and run in the red. He doesn’t get much help at all I get even less. I have to note it on my tax return and get no write off. After all he and I are Americans. Give me a break and this type of person wants to be President and YOU want to vote for him? God help us!

The sad fact in my opinion the window has closed. In my opinion they are all too late and their ideology has killed the Golden Goose. Truly they all have no real answers for change or anything else because that ideology, and perspective is and has been flawed all along and they are too proud and arrogant to recognize it and that applies to the entire bunch.

The first step in the solution is morality. The second integrity and third is the elimination of greed. Take away those elements and you will solve the problems. It has nothing to do with religion becuase what people profess has nothing to do with what they do. It has everything to do with ethics and character. That is the answer but in my opinion you won’t find much of that in the halls of power in any of our institutions.

I will give credit in saying that this person at least took a step and said something. Perhaps you might want to read some of my other comments concerning this same tired group. In my opinion they have taken this nation down the road we are on. They and no one else and why should any of us think they have the capability to solve the problems THEY CREATED?
