Michigan , jobs and bull.

Yes, it is more of the same old tired I will do promises while they never seem do what they say, while they can and they never say just what they will do that you don’t want to hear or have them do. Ok, John McCain who brought you Comprehensive Immigration and supports the Global economy says good bye to your old jobs they are gone forever. I’ll bring you new jobs through education at the community college level. Ok what type of jobs? Please spell it out. Frankly in my opinion they are low end type jobs, blue collar, locksmith, security jobs. If our manufacturing, tool and die makers and other technical and mechanical jobs are gone just what is he talking about? Are you getting back your Auto Worker job?  Did he tell you? He did tell you if he was still for Comprehensive Immigration? Yes, he likes the fence now but he never said he wouldn’t bring illegal workers amnesty back, has he? Obama will give you $250.00 I guess so you can spend it. I assume you will on your next months fuel bill. It is cold as ice in Michigan this time of the year.

Quite frankly Michigan, like the rest of the mid west and this nation has seen the demise of good paying jobs and in my opinion the golden goose has left home my friends. Perhaps we should all migrate to Mexico illegally to get our old jobs or perhaps China. Oh, I forgot they enforce their immigration laws.

Yes, this very sad situation is that many people are truly looking for change, a difference, and they hope for some kind of real leader to emerge. I just spoke to a man today who echoed this very same thing. After all what else is left? I can’t understand why it is so damn hard for people to recognize there is no difference in any of these parties that can bring about real change. That there is no real leader. If there was we would have seen them already months ago doing something called, leading. Rhetorically, since many are in Congress did they not see the signs, or are these the signs they wanted?

Let me put it to you this way, do you really think if you were a voter in one of the following nations you would have a real chance to change that government [Iran, Saudi Arabia, Cuba or for that matter any Communist Country]? The answer is a resounding NO. Do you think those candidates all follow the party line? The answer is certainly, yes. So why do you believe that is different here? Do you really believe you have a choice, a difference of ideology, perspective, view, idea, opinion, concept, anything different at all? Just check what they have done, failed to do and voted for and you have your answer.

Just why is it people don’t want to know the truth of it all nor can they accept it? Did not the communists espouse they were for the worker and people. Does it sound familiar? Let me ask you, who benefitted in those countries, the ruling class was the same as here while the people starved and were used.

So how do we change and bring real change? The only real way, because regardless of who is elected President they can do nothing without support in Congress, is to give all of those in office the boot. Wipe them clean, a clean slate.

Well you say what good will that do their replacements are all the same. Well that is true but you will have sent a message loud and clear. Let me use this analogy which may not be appropriate but I think it makes the point. You remove the right hand of the one in power and they start to think who is next? You remove the star who does not want to conform and you replace him with someone hungry and thirsty and you just might get that stars attention.

Got another plan or don’t agree lets hear it. This nation is searching for a way to change what we have. Perhaps yours is the answer we all need?
