The Battleground for Change is really in Congress.

Well that is the issue before Americans,

The Battleground for Change is really in Congress.

The President, while important and does have the power to make critical decisions he can not do it all without the support of Congress. I will give you an example or two. On key issues like Comprehensive immigration, SPP, Trade issues and the farming out of America this is where the tire will meet the road. So the battle ground for change is Congress.

Now most Americans do not understand that what you see on TV being discussed every single day is what those who vote want, not necessarily what those who do not vote want. The non voters have allowed this by their non vote. Yes what you are hearing and seeing are the minority who do vote election after election and give us what we got. Yes, that is fact, minority. You see voter turnout is not 100% it is more like 40%, so don't gripe becuase you, I'm sorry, are the problem.

Yes, sitting at home talking, griping, complaining is worthless. You will get everything you currently have plus even more you don’t want if you do not act in this election. It is really as simple as that.

Pick any of the bunch currently running or any that might run and you will find very rich and powerful people doing what they do best, getting richer. Will they throw a bone here and there, sure, but let me put it this way, what you got as a raise was eaten up on the other side of the ledger somewhere. You actually lost ground.

Do you think this is not by design? I don’t like to use this analogy but perhaps it makes the point as clear as anything. Hitler wrote a book and stated exactly what he was going to do and he did it and not until the world was almost totally destroyed did we stop him. Have you ever heard the term "A thousand points of light" and do you know what it means?

Well the ideology of the rich is the dismantling of America. They perceive the world as a free floating new market and resource zone that they can move freely between. Oh, you don’t think so? Well just follow the path. These big Global companies move where profit can be maximized. People are resources and the cheaper they can get them the better. Morals concerning child labor or abuse of workers, not their concern. Let their governments deal with that.

No we are talking morals, character, sin here and all three are directly changing us and this world forever and those who are against it are doing nothing to stop it. Rhetorically, one can percieve we all want it?

So how can this be done without violence? Well as our great forefathers placed into the Constitution the power of We the People through the vote. The simple fact of life is if we allow this same minority of voters to select our next President and Congress as they say in NYC "Forget about it".

No, you, me, others, our family, friends, coworkers, associates and all who really want change need to unite on Election Day 2008 and make sure we vote and vote all the incumbents out. Now most importantly that has to happen in each state these incumbents are running for reelection in.

Can it be done, well that is the real question and I suspect no, except with the voting of those who oppose their ideology, thinking, deeds. The fact is in my opinion it will be a Hillary / Obama victory because the ones who do vote really believe and think this is for change and in my opinion this outcome was foretold way before the election. Yet, even if they or a Republican get in they will need Congress.

So even while we cannot expect a change in ideology, or goals at the Presidential level we can send a message. This is all that is left. Place America and Americans second and out you go. It is as simple as that and it will shake the halls of power.

Yet, my opinion is this. Most people really do not know what the hell I am talking about. They are working for the very people who they feel will bring change based on what these people say and unfortunately, the word of this century, what they do not say.

You see these voters do not recognize their goals, agenda, objectives which in my opinion has nothing to do with what they profess. In my opinion we are at the crossroads as a nation. It gets back to a well known speech "weather this nation or any nation shall long endure".

So as or very neighbors who will call us and encourage us to vote I will ask you to do this. Just ask they why they want you to vote for their candidate. Ask them based on what deeds not promises shuld you vote. Just what have they done for you or your loved ones in deed not talk and done now? Ask them if they know what their candidates ideology is and what they support and what their agenda and goal is? Then if you agree with waht they say thengo ahead and vote for them, if not you have your answer. Vote them OUT!

My opinion and I'l even go out on a limb and say, nothing will change, only on the surface. We will get crumbs and what they will do has to be done for this nations to survive, but most of all for it not to collapse it impacts the world that greatly!
