The New World Order and how nations fit.

By Robert Melaccio, sr(28,936) Robert Melaccio, sr

This is strictly an opinion sprinked with facts as they are and based on what is transpiring right before our eyes in the signs and symbols all about us. It certainly is not against Capitalism or the Free Market ideology, although I disagree with the method of implementation. That is my concern.

The European Market
The European Union or common market as defined and known by many is really about Free Markets that cross the borders of many of the states of Europe, freely and openly and without sovereignty restraints. They share a common currency now, but that was not true at inception. Remember this point, they also now have a headquarters, laws, judges and even a military wing. Rhetorically, it sounds like a nation in many ways.

So if we look at This New World Order we see the continuance of that ideology in all that is happening all over the globe and most dramatically here in America. Globalization is the emergence of integrated markets over nations and borders and as such the Common Market is the largest functional example to date. It requires democracies to function effectively. Another major factor enabling Free Market growth which many do not recognize is in my opinion the dismantling of America. It is, was and will continue to be a major player in Free Market expansion Globally. As stated years ago, America must learn to take less.

So, if one looks toward the proposed North American Union we see the development of a similar expansion and union of markets across open and unrestricted borders of Mexico, Canada and the United States. Eventually one might presume South America? Is it not reasonable when the G8 has designated this an American economic sphere of influence? Do the physical boundaries disappear, no. What disappears are many of those restraints formally in place to secure the sovereignty of any nations borders, many goods come and go freely. What is possible is how the EU is today.

The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. [North American Union] Never heard of it, well you can certainly glean more from their website. It is in effect an agreement to provide an umbrella for Free Trade between the three nations of this continent. Of course would any supporter ever play down the concept?  President Bush briefly stated in passing during his State of the Union address a meeting will be conducted in New Orleans very shortly working toward finalization of this treaty and what it will mean to America and the whole of North and South America. Certainly when one says how does this impact England. Well one can only say they have the best of both worlds, the EU and SPP.

As we move along we see that Africa, which in my opinion is eons away from anything like this, is also currently meeting to discuss the formation of The United States of Africa. That is happening as I write. Now needless to say many of these African leaders in government and business have been schooled [indoctrinated] in the finest of American and european universities.

However, it is also happening in the orient with Japan, China and India emerging as regional powers. Now the question is one of, is this all bad? Certainly when peoples and governments are all making money there is the presumption that there will be peace and prosperity.  That is as long as people have jobs and are not exploited. Can we say we are not feeling the impact of this adventure with our future? Also, we should not forget that is also as long as the wealthy get theirs and there are no spoilers in the game, [Osama Bin Laden and others].

Now that is the stumbling stone of all this and we only have to look at the world situation today and see that. Bin Laden has thrown a monkey wrench into the fray. So what is at stake here in my opinion is a war between the old and the new. Nations are divided by ideology and culture and not borders. What is at stake here is vastly more significant then how many illegal workers cross a border freely. We are talking about a system of government, yes government, because government is necessary to maintain and grow that ideology. An ideology which literally will and does dominate everything people do and everywhere. In essence once established no one will be able to buy or sell without being a member of it. It is also as I stated about a way of life, religious beliefs, culture, heritage that defines a people and ties them to their inheritance.

For those of us who watched the Super Bowl, if the opening preamble didn’t remind you of that then you will never know what I am talking about, which certainly was the assimilation of varied cultures, beliefs, ideologies into the American system, culture, etc and ending in the words "I am an American"! What we have now is the opposite. Other cultures coming illegally or legally and demanding we change our culture, traditions, beliefs, thus contention, confict, hate, anger. When you travel abroad are you not required to respect their laws?

Do nations have to be destroyed culturally? No, in my opinion and certainly not by force of arms and not physically. The question is can they be subverted? The answer is certainly yes.  It is through the natural law of progression and order. By force of assimilation, transferring, integrating of other cultures, ideology, religions, languages and beliefs. Do we and have we not seen that in the push and the acceptance of our government of Spanish and the overwhelming introduction of immigrants away from Western Nations and towards others of more different customs and belief systems, a fact? Do we not see it in the total breaking of law, outrightly and deliberately. Do we not realize there is an objective? Do we not hear the words Free Trade as the answer to all problems and from the lips of every single candidate for office? Tell me with honestly you do not see this having a purpose as we look to SPP? Do they have any other solutions? Does business care for the worker?

Does this sound too far fetched? Will my good friend just stop, think, look investigate and you can put it together. You need nothing more then simple logic and street smarts. Does it speak to why "our" government, no matter who is elected, will not rush to close our borders and impose controls and if they ever do the question is, controls on who? Will it be people or businesses?

Yes, in my opinion this election is way more then a pretty face, a smile, a nice talker, no, it is about our nation, its culture, its heritage, our way of life, our beliefs, our principals, our laws, our society our beliefs. Think not then look to their records, listen to their words, listen for what is implied and what is never mentioned or avoided, listen to what is redirected and never responded to, listen to why someone is under attack. If you can read this and comprehend then you understand what I am saying. It is stated over and over and over Free Markets, Free Markets, Free Markets, all roads lead there. Tell that to the people of Florida.

Now I do not believe in violence as the method of peoples anywhere to make real change, lasting change. I do believe this is the greatest country in the world as it still is now. Will it be in the future is the question for you. The entire Free Market system in my opinion has a number of flaws as it is being implemented. Greed and the destruction of a nations culture and the working class job base are the two major ones. You do not have to deplete a forest of all its trees before you understand you killed that forest forever. Today harvestors have recognized reseeding and planting is a way to secure their future. Rhatorically, just what does it take before these big multi nationals recognize this?

Yes, you can implement by force, or you can eliminate the problems and institute fair and equitable approaches in safeguarding nations and peoples and their roots and beliefs and jobs and you just may be able to implement that ideology faster then you ever imagined. I wouldn't hold my breath though.
