Man attempts to set the record for most expensive domain name.

By TheOptimist(4,418)

A website has been set up by a man that is attempting to sell the domain name for $12,000,001 and set a worlds record for most expensive domain name. Here is a link:

TheRecordBreakingDomain.com

I admit that when I first saw this website, I thought that this would never work...Then I realized that I just wanted to doubt someone for their idea (which is quite original and smart), just because I didn't think of it! It is a very OPTIMISTIC idea and I thought that I would support him. Please take a moment to visit his website.

This idea is very reminiscent of themilliondollarhomepage.com which a different person created last year and earned a million dollars. If you haven't ever seen the page, take a look at it. It was a great idea too!

Its a lot easier if its sold for less, like 1 mil. I can across this site which has a much higher chance of succeeding hence, pay out.

They are both copy-cats. Two domains www.mostexpensivedomain.com and worldshighestprice.com were both bought months ahead of them domains and was for sale on ebay before therecordbreakingdomain.com was even register, yet he says he come up with the idea1, what a joke! I would rather own worldshighestprice.com or mostexpensivedomain.com or even worldsmostexpensivedomain.com which I found out are own by the same person so there the true one with the idea and the proof not the guy with the therecordbreakingdomain.com Hes the copycat lol

Karen, I don't see that either of these domains are doing the same thing...but if those are your names, best of luck with them!

lol... Karen, I wouldn't buy any of those domains and I don't own them I only own 976easy.com and I would love to sell 976easy.com as the most expensive domain ever. you have to admit 976easy.com is a small but memorible domain name.
