Cut and bail what does this mean for average people? by Robert Melaccio, sr

What do I mean when I say cut and bail? Well it means they will cut those interest rates for banks and to help investing by driving rates as low as they have to. It also means they will continue to put billions into bail outs. Yet what does this say about helping average Americans and those in desperate need? Ok in my opinion and regardless of who wishes to play it up differently, here it is, plain and simple in one word, Nothing. You see we are talking about percentages of the population and while these percentages can influence an election in my opinion they are meaningless in the everyday scheme of things. A recent article pointed out 83% or American households are not in duress, worried, but ok. As long as one has why would they be worried? When you have an income you're ok, for now. So as I write this to average Americans I also understand many of you who read it are part of that 83% who have. Quite frankly it is who I speak about. Not to be rude, disrespectful or in any way abusive yet what I write are the plain facts as they are done by deed. It is not to say you are not good people, decent caring but it is to sasy your perspective of what is going on all about you needs to be re-examined because as long as you have you are fine, until.

Why, well lets do the simple math or use commoin sense. Those in real need most likely are behind in one or more types of payments. That has hit their Credit Score and they are now most likely out of the category of good honest hard working, who when Mr. McCain speaks to the subject we can assume he uses the term "the responsible" as applied to them. Yes these out of work, struggling Americans, once responsible and good who have now slid into what many call, "the low life, irresponsible" and lazy. Think about it. It is automatically applied. That means your friendly banker, well he really doesn’t want to see or talk to you unless you have that 5 star 750 or greater credit rating. That says if you have that you don’t really need their credit and you are one of those who have and a safe risk. Yes the key word to it all. Yes and even they are finding it rough. The word to listen for is the word of this century "unfortunately". Not many who have ever hear that word, except when they dial customer service or what they call customer service or the government these days.

Now no matter where a person in that low life category turns financial help is out. Frankly why don’t people wake up to the fact that they really do not need average Americans any longer, nor care about them. It really is that simple and the truth. If that 15% or so got up and left everything would be fine and no one would be talking about them. Why, well look at it from the new business perspective. Hey as I stated, we don’t want to take a risk now do we? Business is now not about risk. They have passed all the risk to the consumer in every way. So while they wheel and deal to keep afloat you still get to pay that 31% or more on credit card debt because of all these bad people like them who force these companies to do that. Yes they are not the greedy after all 18% isn't enouh now is it? yes and those tax write off's isn't enough now is it? Yes and the bankruptcy settlement isn't enough now isn't it and even when most of those charges are fees, charges and usury interest. Who's the bad here? Yes and you get to pay more and more for that car insurance, home insurance and just about anything else the government mandates you must have. Of course they will blame it all on the bad people.

Look I don’t know how many times one has to say this if you are an average American it is not going, going gone, it is gone. As Cher said in the Movie Moonstruck when she slapped her lovers face "WAKE UP". Even people who had the same elitist views are now swinging in that direction. Even those who own, have and save are now starting mind you to be shocked by the extent of the mess this nation is in. Yes complacent while the getting was good until the Golden Calf died and then all of a sudden the door shut and they are wondering just what is going to happen? What will happen to their retirement, their job, their business? Even those in Health Care, the crown jewel of jobs foran aging population, are worried.

There is only one solution my friends and "thats a fact Jack" as the movie line goes. In order to turn this around the average American must have good, stay here, paying jobs worked by Americans. No not you who are making 60k or up a year, you are not by any way shape form or definition average Americans any longer. If you are they need to raise that poor bar to about 35k a year. So how do you see these politicians delivering these new jobs to America? Now here is the kicker and get this, there will be new jobs created. Ok got that, but and get this, those good jobs, stay here in America jobs, do you really think average Americans who they relate to as bovine, don’t have the skills or education, are lazy, will get the majority of them, do you really? Do you read about the visa increase of technical people from India and I don’t mean Credit Cards. Yes they now say these people are not high skilled knowledgeable workers they said they were, no just cheap labor to be trained by the very Americans they are laying off, who get to become the new low life. Oh my isn’t that a shock? Yes sing your songs, shout and raise your hands as your fellow citizens are displaced. Hey "there but for the grace of God go I, right"?

I just read a retort in the paper to an article by an average American who was complaining about these same circumstances. This foreigner was thanking the American people and our nation for his and his wife’s free doctorate and medical degree and he doesn’t understand why Americans are so down on their own country when he now has it all. Rhetorically why with all his education he can’t see the tree’s for the forest? Not that we begrudge him what he got but where has ours gone for our children? They get our good jobs, our manufacturing, and to boot our social services and a free education all for the Global agenda and we bovines sit around and Moo, why? Yes even while we celebrate and teach our children all about another nations holiday and national heritage when our children and even many teachers don’t know the slightest about our Republic That’s the agenda my friends and in their heart of heart they know it.

Look read what you want and believe what you want. The rich have, the rich are making money and they are not concerned your telephone is wringing 7 times an hour all day long seven days a week.Go get a job or an education, right, sums it all up. Yes and let me ask if these politicians have the anatomy to face you. I think not. I was just reading in George Wills article when a certain number of people got together in Colorado to do something and agree on anything political and make signs and petitions, etc they are being hounded because you now must register with the government if a certain number of people are involved. That is more then 2. Hey thanks Mr. McCain and Fiengold, we love you too. Yes its all about freedom, but who’s?

Our presidential hopeful McCain is at it again with promising health care and letting the market drive the costs for Americans who have none and as the cure. Yes he is going to give a tax credit if people making $14,000 a year gross purchase medical insurance? Do you really think he is thinking of that percentage that doesn’t have and can’t afford? Has he not heard of Allstate from his good friend in Florida? Is he for real? More leadership but not for average Americans. Think about who he is addressing, it says it all.

The other two, well as they say the most liberal of all liberals, almost identical. So hello Comprehensive Immigration or what I call rewards for breaking the law. Yes they dare talk of being Humanitarians and Samaritans and yes Jesus and profess and all the while knowing that these illegal workers are exploited beyond belief. Yes, even those in the church hierarchy know. Rhetorically could this be strictly an empty pew problem? Just read Robyn Blumner, "Its just a penny a pound, people". Don’t think so take a drive through any migrant town and see for yourself. Exploitation no, just can’t make a profit large enough. See you in church.

Ok more economic news all going downhill and yet we still hear about how things are turning around, only for who? Teachers being laid off, government workers being laid off and the cycle will continue. Now even power companies are starting to hurt because they have no new customers and losing some old ones. One can guess more surcharges are on the way to bail them out? Hey a major car dealership, long a mainstay in Tampa has filed for bankruptcy. Do you think they are one of more? Why not they’ll give you auction price for the same car they sold you last year for three times that and the bank financed and you know something you’ll still pay for that new car because you know how to deal and really because you have and want. Foreclosures well another record month. Yes, do you sense your friendly banker is hard at work, but which way? Oil well remember when $100.00 a barrel seemed far fetched? Well don’t look now $200.00 is within earshot and no one knows why. Hey its called speculation and someone is buying it all up or not producing enough. Yes and the big boys continue to shore up their dikes with bailouts and quick fixes. Amazing what they can do when they want to. Hey read the paper if you have time its all their as they used to say on that TV show "in living color".

Look in my opinion the word pathetic is running from itself and doesn’t want to be associated with this crowd. You can read all the economic indicators you want but in my opinion it is long past economics. It is all about that old saying who controls the gold controls the power.

Yes you can hide behind whatever you profess to be. In my opinion these politicians and many Americans works come no where near what we used to know as capable and having the essentials of leadership, character, honor, values, integrity, ethics and morality and if you can tell me where I am wrong I’m open to it. Just tell us the works they have done, not for select people or a group but for the common good of all average Americans?

So as I leave off I find more and more average Americans and even people from outside our nation agreeing that there is something elementary wrong. After all they are also subject to the same results of these leaders deeds. Actually, I find it quite sad that those who can see it clearly are considered the outcasts, the crazy, the trouble makers, the dissidents. Then again Birds of a feather do Flock together and I must say that my friends is proven over and over and over and over each and every day in multiple ways.

I have even given up on my change America spiel. To change people must truly want it and it is evident that even while many are professing and complaining they really do not mean it, they really have. What can one say, their works follow them. Cut and bail what does this mean for average people? You got it, nothing, nada, zilch.

Well I see it as a three ring circus. First we have the bovine who will vote the same no matter what. Then we have the do nothings, of which there is a significant number. Of course there are the doers who will go out and vote against theses incumbents and "that’s a fact Jack", as the movie line goes but not enough to change results. Thats it, like my prior article said, Election Over.

Why, it must be pre ordained and you know something as a believer I suspect this is more the case with each passing day. In my opinion these people just cannot be this inept? They must be doing someone else’s work and many know who I am referring to?
