Love, Part II

By WhoAskedYouBill(40)

You didn't really believe I was through with Love yet, did you?

The word Love, like Hero, is not only overused but misused with the entertainment industry being the largest single group of the term Love's profaners and prostituters.

Love is a term of broad significence which may be interpreted in a general sense as holding a strong affection and/or loyalty for another or a religion or an institution or country, etc.  What love is not is as pictured in movies and on TV -- a couple, lips locked to gether like toilet plungers bursting through a motel or bedroom door tearing clothes from each other in order to fornicate like diseased goats for personal sexual gratifiction.  All such depicts is nothing more a depraved lascivious coupling in a lewd manner which is about as far as anyone can get from expressing true love for another.

Love is a wonderful intangible which exists between family members, husband and wife, parents and their children and is a natural relationship which is an extension of their closeness and kindness one toward the other.

Friendship exclude love because friendships do not rise form natural tender relationships such as family.  Nor is love to be found in children untill they mature because love is a by product of our lives which comes with time, circumstances, learning what is right, and becoming sympathic to others needs and feelings.  Love is always expressed with feeling: never distain or lewdly.  Love knows no station in this world yet it finds its way into the minds of those among us of loftier ideals be they from high or low staion on the food chain.  Love is not a part of those among us of ordinary stamp's arsenal because love concerns itself with producing good in our acts and never with satisfying our own personal satisfactions.

The void of the absence of love in one's life opens the door for hatred to fill the void.

If you consider yourself to be a lover then I must ask you to qualify your love.  Is it for money?  Or wine?  Possibly it is for things?  Could it be you are a lover of women in the good sense or a lover of women in the bad sense?  Is your expressed love toward a woman, your children, your family, your country, tender and lasting?  Or is your expressed love meaningless and shallow in order to momentarily sexually gratify yourself?  Are you of that class here on this planet who adultrate the word and true meaning of love through false representation in order to secure for yourself q momentary moment of sexualy passion of a guilty nature or is your expression of love everlasting and meaningful in its tender expression of caring, poetry, and romance of life?

Love is finding and and saving yourself for the one and only you want to do kindnesses for, for the rest of your natural lives.  Love is not coming to your "supposed" one and only like a porcupine turned inside out or as a future partner in life who has to be tested for a disease as a qualification of marriage.

True love is saving yourself from the pangs of promiscuous behaviour for yourself, your family, for your future happyness with your chosen life's partner and because you want to touch God's cheek when it is time.   SYOTB
