I can't tell myself if this is a serious site or not. Non the less, your frustration with paper has me alarmed as to how my patients feel. I may pose the question to may patients and make a change back to cloth gowns depending on the outcome, after all I wouldn't wear a paper lab coat all day. Very interesting, please don't protest at my office...I'm going to listen to what my patients are saying. If we, the doctors and office managers, would just take a few minutes to sit back and look at our own practices, what would we see from the patient’s perspective? We should continually be asking ourselves: What is the experience our “valued patients†(aka customers) are going through, how comfortable are they, and would they want to come back?
