Felix was packing winds of up to 165 mph as it headed west, according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center. A gown is a type of clothing. Last time I checked nobody wears paper clothing...Cloth being the operative word. Who came up with Paper gowns, Guantanamo Bay? She should have, it took three tries to get it on and it still ripped. Give me cloth anyday.
